The Oncore team provides comprehensive construction project monitoring including particulate monitoring and ICRA evaluation consulting services. This includes pre-construction evaluation and a formulation of a particulate monitoring plan. This particulate monitoring plan, as well as subsequent evaluations of the ICRA process, are then carried out by Oncore, Inc. periodically throughout the duration of the project in order to ensure that work activities are not impacting the nearby healthcare environments.

In order to protect patients and hospital staff, construction projects in a healthcare environment require controls and precautions, as per the ICRA process. In February 2022, the new ICRA 2.0 Guidelines were published. These guidelines recommend a particulate sampling plan for Class IV and V construction activities. Strategically performing particulate monitoring in areas potentially affected by construction activities is an effective means of confirming that all controls and precaution are being implemented correctly.
