Oncore was founded in 2001 as a small consultancy focused on industrial hygiene and infection control. Over two decades the practice grew. Today we cover six service areas across public health, risk management, and healthcare compliance, but the approach hasn’t changed: our people do the site work themselves.
The team includes former OSHA investigators, Joint Commission staff, board-certified industrial hygienists, and credentialed infection preventionists. We work in acute care hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, military medical facilities, schools, and government buildings across the U.S. and internationally.
MPH, CIH
Robert holds an MPH and CIH and has been practicing industrial hygiene and public health consulting since the late 1990s. He co-authored the ICRA 2.0 standard with a team of engineers, infection preventionists, and ASHE leaders, and still leads field engagements for Oncore’s largest hospital clients.

life safety drawings.
Life safety drawings show exactly how a facility is designed to protect the people inside it, and accurate compliance work depends on getting them right. Oncore partners with LDC International, the healthcare architecture firm we rely on to produce them.
Antonio Amadeo and his team produce the life safety plans that hospitals and surgery centers count on, often working alongside the same clients we serve. Once their drawings are set, our team walks the building, confirms it matches what is drawn, and clears deficiencies ahead of survey day.
